Sonically speaking the band's singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer, Michael Sweet, along with Danny Bernini, employed some very unique recording techniques to make the guitars sound huge. During the writing process, it was very important to incorporate choruses that are memorable, melodic, and a bit of a throwback to the past while keeping a few modern-day twists and turns along the way.
