Jean-Pierre Massiera, the mastermind of the Maledictus Sound, has been said to be to instrumental music what Frankenstein was to science. This 1976 LP is a downright scary mix of detuned tape samples, live instrumentation (of the brooding psych-rock variety) and Jean-Pierre's own shock-tactic voiceovers. Frayeur; Angoisse, and H.I.A. are on both the vinyl and CD versions; the CD also contains the bonus tracks Terre Larbour (By Visitors) and Rue de la Desolation.
