Montreal-based producer Poirier presents Jump, his take on the classic dancehall sound of the '90s. Taken from his 2016 Migration album, the track features bona fide dancehall legend Red Fox. I wanted to reference the 90's dancehall vibe, but with a modern feel of my own, says Poirier. After I'd made the beat, Red Fox instantly came to my mind - because he IS that sound, that voice!
