"2019 is Mule Musiq's 15-year anniversary. They're releasing twelve 12""s with their friends and Stefan Marx is handling the artwork. The 11th release is from Kuniyuki, a long-awaited new release following his highly-acclaimed album Newwave Project on 2017 (MUSIQ 058CD/215LP). ""Middle Eye"", on the A side, is a trippy melody raw house. On B side is ""black"", more industrial dark machine funk. ""Newwave Project 7"" was a killer track off of the Newwave Project album; here, Kuniyuki edited it as a more mixable DJ tool version for the dancefloor."
